From 17 September to 21 September 2018, PT. Saba Indomedika held an enhanced new intake training as part of the New Employee Orientation (NEO) and has become the biggest intake training since the beginning of the company. The NEO is the program for new employees to understand the industry, business, vision, mission, values, competencies of PT Saba Indomedika. In addition,  the overview about divisions in PT. Saba Indomedika also presented in this one week training. After the overview, the participants were split into 2 groups based on their products streams: Group Diagnostics and Group Radiology. The Group Radiology with the principal Shimadzu is the newly business unit of PT Saba Indomedika, which for the last 13 years has been immersed in the medical diagnostics

For more than 35 new employees participated in the training, including the new division of X-Ray and Radiology: Shimadzu. The intake was conducted in Grand Tjokro Hotel at Grogol, Jakarta as well as at the Head Office of PT. Saba Indomedika at Kedoya Elok Plaza. Starting from the third day, the training discussed about specific detail products which had been distributed by PT. Saba Indomedika, and covered parts of diagnostic instruments and radiology instruments.

The intake training concluded with the knowledge test which result shown the increase of the knowledge level and thus participants felt the importance of the intake to equip them in performing their duties.
