Especially for the Representative Offices (RO) in Surabaya, Malang, and Jember, it was an equally exciting event.

The event took place on November 11-12, 2023, at Coban Talun-Batu-Malang, precisely at Pagupon Camp. All employees from RO Surabaya, Malang, and Jember gathered and participated in a series of activities organized by the Batu Outbound Professional Provider team. These activities included Outbound Team Building and Motivation, followed by an Evening of Camaraderie, and culminated in an Offroad Adventure the following day. The purpose of this event was to foster spirit and solidarity among employees and serve as a means of refreshing employees amidst their busy work schedules.

The hope is that these gathering events can continue to be held every year, aiming to cultivate unity, responsibility, care, and collaboration among individuals.
